I am a resident at Terwilliger Plaza which gives me access to the care of an onsite physical therapist, Amber Kozlow. I like how Amber cares about her patients and not just as a body part needing therapy. Amber was treating me for my knee replacement and recognized some of the symptoms I was experiencing as possibly caused by an embolism. Thanks to Amber I went to the ER where I was, indeed, admitted with a pulmonary embolism, which could have had disastrous results. I am extremely grateful to her for her care.

Because I care about my loved ones, I will never recommend this place going forward. The people working at the front desk are never welcoming when I come to visit my friend. Even when she has told them I’m coming, they still act surprised and suspicious that I’m here to see her and ask a bunch of weird questions all with an unwelcoming tone. As much as people put their trust and money into this place, you would think they would go out of their way to get to know people living here and what matters to them. When a family member or a friend comes to see their loved one, you would think they would want to encourage it as it boosts quality of life and probably longevity as well. Also their business model is pretty suss.
