I am reaching out today for feedback, please\n My mother lives there and\n Can't get her medications correctly. I\nWould like to say that it was a one time incident, but that isn't the case. I would love to provide paperwork that I have to anyone that would like to see it. And only in my opinion, they are in the position that medications doses times are so important and to provide that care incorrectly to someone else is jaw-dropping, I thought I was crazy, I reported it to DHS. They substantiated my allegations and confirmed it to be a level 3. No one has had a conversation with us. No one has follow through with any kind of\n Aid other than your family can no longer come here, because They live by if you see something say something, my mom has gained green in her foot, getting ready to lose her toe, her freezer is frozen over and can't get anyone to come defrosted, was out of toilet paper recently .. had an accident on the floor and there's no maintenance to take it out of the carpet. Housekeeping is understaffed and doesn't have time for that kind of project. I've been standing outside the doctor's office.They ride lined her 2.That was in the wrong town.\nOn multiple occasions, no one cares call the news.They don't want to cause a stir. I reached out to a local organization and asked them for help in dealing with it in a nonviolent manner.And it turned into me being trespassed from the property, and now my mom is sad and cries, and I can't help her.I don't know who to talk to dHS says key calling back adult protective services, arms budsman, any abuse line you can think of and it's no 1's problem.If you have any positive feed back , please reach out

I can tell you residents do not get certifications correctly it doesn't matter whether their new meds or meds they've been on for quite some time they recently ran out of toilet paper in the facility longer than it takes to go get some from a store multiple days there's no maintenance to defrost the freezers housekeeping is so stretched they don't have time to pick poop up off the floor and the minute you mention it you'll be trespassed from the property for the safety of their residents it's ridiculous warning

Albany Senior Living is a beautiful and well-kept community. The property feels welcoming right when you walk in, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable for the residents. Sarah in the office was especially friendly and helpful when I stopped by. She took the time to chat and answer a few questions, which made the visit really pleasant.

My family member has lived at this community for nearly eight years, and we have seen several different directors come and go during that time. However, since Cogir took ownership, the shift in quality has been incredible. The environment is now much more enriching, and the team finally feels like a group that truly cares. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and—most importantly—they actually listen to concerns and desires. It is such a relief to have a leadership team that treats residents with the respect and attention they deserve.
