Placing my grandmother in memory care was one of the hardest choices our family has had to make, but we could not be more thankful for Tender Loving Home and its staff. From the moment she arrived, she was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The staff are incredible—always patient, attentive, and quick to notice if she needs anything. It truly feels like they treat her as part of their own family. The environment is not only clean and well-kept, but also full of life. My grandmother has found joy in the daily activities, made friends, and most importantly, she feels safe and cared for. Seeing her happy, comfortable, and respected brings us so much peace. We are deeply grateful to know she is in such loving hands.

THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO SEND YOUR LOVED ONES WITH ADVANCED DEMENTIA !! My best friend placed her husband in the care of TLC last year. She was 100% transparent w/issues & habits he was displaying. They assured her that they could take care of him w/no hesitation. While she would visit him, the residents were rarely seen & were always in their rooms watching TV or sleeping. The owner has bad interpersonal skills & was all about the money. The ONLY positive thing was the care. The staff were very professional, caring & attentive. TLC is not equipped to handle the habits of advanced dementia*******UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: This group home is on W Lone Mountain Rd in N Las Vegas. Leo Wong is the owner & his mother, Lily is the manager. This is NOT the facility they’re deflecting from in Summerlin.

Leo was amazing in helping us to smoothly and efficiently transition my mother-in-law into the home and hospice care when her daily care needs became greater than we could handle at home. The rooms are very large, with full sliding glass doors and an overly large handicap bathroom, which was just perfect. Staff ratios are exceptional (3+ staff members to care for 10 residents). Everyone was very warm, welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Mom passed away after 10-days, so her stay was very brief, but we felt very comfortable with Leo, Lilly and their team and definitely recommend the Tender Loving Home for care of your loved ones, when the need arises.

Tender Loving Memory Care is a wonderful assisted living home. Unlike typical facilities, it has a more intimate feel given it is family run and locally operated; it also has a strong sense of community. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the common area is decorated with an array of beautiful aquariums. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home to take care of their loved one.

My aunt has lived here at Tender Loving Home for the last few years. We moved her from a larger memory care facility cause she was unfortunately not getting her care she was promised and was honestly neglected there. But it has been night and day because the staff at TLH has been so attentive, caring, and warm to my aunt since she moved in. We are very happy with our decision as we are able to go to sleep at night with peace of mind that I use aunt is being well care for. If I can sum it up, Tender Loving Home is truly what it says in its name. Tender with the residents, loving with every action, and deeply cares for its residents well being. On top of all that, it’s very clean, organized, and smells great!
