I have visited the facility many times. Every time the residents look happy, are engaged, and staff are very welcoming. The facility is gorgeous, and always very clean

When my amazing Mom-in-law needed care with more than illness and decreasing mobility, we found Prosper. We will always be thankful. Here, Mom found a place that not only provided care, but community. She started in a spacious one-bedroom in assisted living, and finally moved to a very nice studio in memory care where she still had room for some beloved furniture. The place is beautiful. It's so much more than a beautiful place though. It's truly a community, a home, a family. I visited not only during the day, but also at night if she wanted me. Day or night, I saw everyone lovingly caring for the residents. Mom passed away recently. As her health began to fail, the nurses and aides and staff continued to not only love and care for her, but also for us. So did other residents. As I walked through the incredible atrium to get to memory care, her friends would stop to ask me about her. As I began to gather her things together after her passing, I knew this as so many people who worked or lived there expressed their sorrow at losing Mom and their condolences to us - Mom was loved and so are we. Thank you, Prosper Family, for being Mom's Home!

Have been assisting an elderly family member for a number of years with aspects of aging. It urgently came time for an assisted living facility - and after speaking with a number of facilities in this area, it was clear Prosper was the best choice. I had an exceptional experience with Kayla, in admissions, as she is kind and extremely responsive. I’ve had great communication from nursing, PT, and transportation - very relieved at the level of support being provided to my family member.

The management is a joker the good workers they treat bad and the bad ones the keep no one get showers unless family is coming and the résidents is always soaking wet

My dad has been at Prosper of Wickliffe for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff are kind, patient, and truly care about the residents. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They do a great job keeping families informed and involved, and my dad is able to really feel at home. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s happy, safe, and well taken care of. I’m very thankful for the entire team at Prosper of Wickliffe for the excellent care they provide every single day!
