Since transferring from Sunrise in Delaware to Burlington, mom’s experience has been a good one for a place she now calls home. The facilities are always clean, and family are greeted with respect and smiles. The staff are hardworking people! She is very involved in the community and would like to see more activities, but overall has been pleased with her stay.

Resident rooms are dated and not representative of others in the area around Lexington. In our opinion the cost was not a good value for what was offered. Less than expected attention to details that made us uneasy during the tour.

The staff members are kind, compassionate, inclusive, patient, friendly, and respectful. The facility is attractive, homey, and comfortable. I am hopeful that a new creative and energetic activities director and assistant will soon be hired. Then it will be 5 stars. I appreciate all staff that so wonderfully care for my Mom.

Poor management, fail to do hourly checks in memory care, sub-par food served with Kool aid, laundry issues, poor communication with family, too expensive….stay away from this place!
