Maintenance is AMAZING! Anything I’ve needed help with so far has been taken care of promptly and efficiently. Special thanks to Arturo and Michael for all your help. Also, HUGE thank you to Leslie for answering my thousands of questions since move in! The Summer Winds crew takes care of their community.

Compliments to the leasing office, Norman is a joy and always friendly and professional. It’s nice to always have great customer service. Maintenance is fast and prompt, I love they have the emergency maintenance line as well. The pool is well kept, the residents here are respectful and very clean!! Spacious living as well 🥰

Beautifully maintained, dog friendly community with great management. Nice pools, gym and walkways throughout. I lived here for a year and I think I had three maintenance requests in total. All responded to and taken care of same or next day. Shannon, the property manager is absolutely amazing to deal with, when I needed to move on short notice Shannon and the office staff were incredibly accommodating and flexible, helping me to transfer to a different community.

I am saddened by the news of Norman’s termination here at Summer Winds. Norman was the only person who would/could answer all of my questions or concerns. He’s customer service/interactions with the tenants was exceptional and he always had a megawatt smile on his face every single day. On occasion he would stop by the dog park and interact with the tenants and their dogs. We had many conversations about dogs and what great companions they are. The tenants here will miss you Norman!

Summer winds helped me and my family tremendously! I drived from Louisiana with my newborn and my fiance very stressed out because I didn't have a place yet to move my family into. I had to stay in a hotel for two days trying to find somewhere to go they had a same day move in for me. I did all the paperwork through email and paid them all from my hotel I came in and signed paperwork and got my keys same day. They had electricity on under there name when I moved in so we had air and lights on same day we moved in and apartment comes with cox modem with easy set up. Apartment is beautiful with tall ceilings and the complex is beautiful with dog walking parks and doggy bags all over. Landscape is beautiful with well watered grass and first come first serve parking.
