Absolutely a fantastic assisted living facility! The accommodations are the best and the staff is beyond amazing! I cannot give enough KUDOS to the entire property and staff ! I would beyond a doubt recommend this to anyone looking for an assisted living facility! Thank you for treating my Dad with the utmost care and respect. 🙏❤️

They were letting a family member die, and didn’t care. Extremely poor service. If you love your family member don’t move them there.

At Sterling Ridge Senior Living, we take the health and wellbeing of every resident very seriously and provide the highest level of care that our licensure allows. Your mother was a valued member of our community, and our team always strived to ensure she received the best possible care. When her physician recommended a higher level of care, we followed that professional guidance in accordance with state regulations. Assisted living communities are limited in the type of medical care we can provide, and the transition was made in her best interest and with family involvement. We truly miss having her here and wish her nothing but the best. Our team remains committed to providing compassionate, professional care to all of our residents and their families.

Sterling Ridge is a top notch Senior Living community. I’ve lived here for six months and to be honest I wasn’t happy this decision was made by my family. I was not happy. Now I am so grateful to be here. Every staff member is caring and kind. I feel like this is my extended family now. My personal doctor comes to see me here which is a big plus. Medications are delivered to me. The food is very good and accommodate special requests with a smile. Amber is the sales director and I can go to her on needs or questions at any time. She has a smile on her face every time I see her which is amazing for the demanding job she has with multiple departments.
