St. Augustine Towers

My mother resides here and we have been very happy with the care and the programs she participates in. The staff is friendly and addresses any concerns promptly. They truly care about their residents.

My mom has been a resident for the past 9 years at the Towers. It has been a wonderful supportive home. I can't say enough about the staff. Bridget, the director, displays intimate involvement and care with all matters involviing the residents. Her leadership sets the tone for Assisted Living from the top down. My mom is loved dearly and her needs are handled quickly and fully. She is known by the staff and is greeted daily with hugs and warmth. The building has had recent upgrades including new floors and paint. The food is good and diverse with alternate options available. The individual apartment and inside of the towers is clean. I'm looking forward to the patio renovation in the future in which my mom can continue her garden. There is security into the building and a security guard at night. I do not worry about my mom's safety and I feel I have the ability to express concerns if needed without resistance. I highly recommend St. Augustine Towers for your loved ones.

We can not say enough fantastic things about this wonderful facility. My Dad is a 9 year resident and he's so happy here. This building is not the newest or fanciest in town, but it is spotlessly clean and so well cared for. Staff is so kind and respectful of residents. They treat residents as if they are family. Dad has found friends, a wonderful range of activities, good food.... as a family we are beyond satisfied with the life he is able to maintain there. We highly recommend the Towers and continue to sing it's praises to family and friends. We also wish to directly address a recent Google review of this facility that is blatantly false! This facility is CLEAN. My Dad has a lovely 1 bedroom apartment. In the 9 years he's lived there, we have NEVER experienced ANYTHING remotely like the conditions described. His apartment is cleaned weekly and all public spaces are beautifully maintained. If there is interest -please go see for yourself!

I have a friend that's lives there and there is rats and bed bugs all over the building I can't visit her bc because of the conditions they have seniors living in they won't exterminate they give them mouse traps..REALLY !! THAT IS POOR MANAGEMENT THEY NEED HELP ASAP..DOES ANYONE CARE PLEASE ADDRESS THIS SITUATION ASAP..THEY SHOULD CALL CHANELL 19 NEWS ASAP

I called and set up an appointment to take tour with Bridget. Unfortunately my Uber driver took me over to nursing home part across from the assisted living. I had to wait for quite some time Michelle came out and said she had no idea there was an appointment for a tour. Then she called Kathy. While waiting then it was realized I was in wrong area. And that Kathy was gonna take me over. I didn't remember who I was supposed to meet until Michelle mentioned Bridget's name. Then after talking with Kathy, the facility is 55 and over and they wouldn't make an exception for me even though I'm 50 yrs. Old. And then Bridget wasn't even there. So I wasted my money on Ubers and Lyfts round trips from Eastside to Westside. Kathy stayed with me until I got Lyft car to go home. Which was very nice. No one had a clue about my appointment for a tour and I'm upset that I wasn't told about age either and how unprofessional Bridget was to leave out important information. I never did get to tour the facility. But employees I spoke with are very nice. I'm beyond myself right now of how careless she was and not even be there! What waste of my time and money!! But the nursing facility from lobby is very nice, they have a gift shop and gardens too where residents went outside to enjoy the beauty.
