Spruce Point Memory Care

I recently moved my father into Spruce Point’s assisted living facility in Florence, and I can honestly say that what has been an incredibly stressful and emotional time for me has been made so much easier because of the wonderful staff there. From the very beginning, the staff has been kind, compassionate, patient, and incredibly accommodating. They have handled every curveball my dad has thrown their way with grace and professionalism, while continuing to make him feel welcome, cared for, and at home. They also do an excellent job of keeping me informed, which has given me tremendous peace of mind. I especially want to recognize Kristin, who is truly one of the most caring and hardworking people I have encountered. She went above and beyond to help get my father moved in as quickly as possible. She even personally helped get his room cleaned and ready for him — something that was certainly not part of her job description, but she did it because she genuinely cared about making the transition as smooth as possible for us. Thank you to Kristin and the entire Spruce Point team for making an incredibly difficult transition feel a little less overwhelming. I truly appreciate everything you do.

Spruce Point has been truly amazing!! The food is great!! The baker on staff used to own her own bakery!! My Mom is very happy!! She is very hard to please so this is saying a lot!! The staff made everything so easy!! We totally recommend this place!!
