South Meadows Residential Care Home

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this senior group home multiple times for work, and I’m consistently impressed. The caregivers are always warm and welcoming, and atmosphere is both peaceful and lively. Residents are consistently engaged in activities, and the home itself is always immaculately clean – truly spotless every time I visit. What stands out most is the genuine care and attention each resident receives. I work for a care company and have recommended this home to clients who couldn’t afford 24/7 care at home. It turned out to be a wonderful alternative, and those individuals are now thriving in this environment. It’s a rare gem in senior care, and I wholeheartedly recommend this home to a family, looking for compassionate, High – quality support for their loved one.

We looked at several residence homes before choosing South Meadows for our Mom who suffered from moderate to severe dementia. We were very happy with our choice. The caregivers and Nucharee took excellent and professional 24/7 care of her. Our Mom was much better off there. After years of declines before she became a resident her condition seemed to stabilize, or even improve. Moreover, the staff's responsiveness to our concerns and their efforts to keep us updated and connected to her remotely were incredible. We are truly appreciative and thankful for finding South Medows.

I can’t say enough about the quality of care and compassion my father is receiving from South Meadows Group Home. They provide delicious meals with special needs taken into consideration. The home is always clean and bright. My father is always clean, bathed, and dressed in clean clothes. The grounds are beautiful and enjoyed by the residents when weather allows. The owner, Nucharee Yokdang, is very knowledgeable about running an assisted living/group home, including being able to help with all the necessary paperwork for long term care reimbursement and hospice. She knows just what the elderly need from a care perspective and is always looking for ways to improve their quality of life. The Holiday parties and other activities they do are wonderful for residents and family members. The whole staff treat their residents with such love, care, and respect, you can tell they view them as part of their own extended family. The greatest compliment that I can give though is the fact that my father calls it HOME! I feel so blessed there is such a wonderful place with amazing people for my father to spend his last years. Nucharee provides a warm and homey environment for the residents. The staff are fantastic and treat the residents like family. They all have fun together. I feel very lucky to have found a place where my mom will participate in activities. She loves South Meadows!

What a wonderful new group home!! It’s big, spacious, beautiful, clean, and full of people who truly care about the care of your loved one! It doesn’t get any better than that. First impressions are important and the pics of their entry way and lobby corner show that. It’s also in a great neighborhood!!
