The Slovene Home Skilled Care & Rehabilitation is a 110-bed skilled, post-acute care facility serving the Cleveland community since 1962. It offers skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapies (physical, occupational, and speech), long-term care, assisted living through "The Lindens" (nine private suites), respite care, and hospice services in a home-like environment.

My husband was there for less than a week because we took him home. There was one good nurse who was horribly overworked, but she made sure he was cared for. The 2nd shift nurse was horrible. He basically ignored my husband's needs. The "doctor" was never around. They had orders and antibiotic iv's from the hospital, which were never administered. Nobody knew what was going on. The only good thing was the kitchen, who prepared delicious, home cooked food. When we requested a meeting, we were put off. I signed him out with 24 hours notice and they never followed up. I wouldn't recommend them to my foes.
