Clean and friendly. I was there for 3 weeks. Most of the nurses and aides were great. Especially Ryan, Jowanna, Brianna and others that i cant remember theyre names. Pt and ot were just wonderful especially Bobbie, Mindi, and Garth. Social worker Brandy was great. The food was horrible. The tv was also horrible. I only had to report one nurse who decided to get a smart mouth which was handeled very well. Overall i had a good experience

Services have gone down hill. In 3 years it's gone from 5 star to 3.7. Staff are leaving now residents are going elsewhere. The nursing staff isn't what it used to be. Case in point: my blood pressure was steadily climbing for 6 weeks and no one lifted a finger. Not until I got angry and blew up. Then and only then was anything done. There's supposed to be a report going to the doctor but when asked she knew nothing about it. My blood pressure was dangerously high on the verge of a possible stroke or worse. As of this date no one has given me an explanation on why nothing was done

Do not put your loved one in this nursing home. My dad smelled so bad it was awful and they gave all these excuses. While all along it was them not taking care of him properly. The aids are always on their phones. He had all types of infections from bad perineal care. Dirty feeding tube. Since he’s left haven’t smelled like urine since. Bathed and changed regularly. Thanks to the EMT that understood the assignment how truly sick he was before they waited all day to call the ambulance. His bp was 80/50 by time they arrived thanks to them and local hospital for knowing what to do! Almost lost my dad in this place, horrible!
