My 81 year old mother moved into Rosewood Park in July 2025. She was very nervous about the transition from living semi-independently at her house to an assisted living facility. She has mobility issues and dementia that required the move. Without a doubt the move was the best thing for her. She loves it at Rosewood and will often call me just to tell me how happy she is. The caregivers are first rate. They are attentive and friendly, and they make Mom feel special. Rosewood has lots of varied activities for all abilities and interests, and Mom has managed to take part in some of them. She feels very safe and has made lots of friends. The facility is comfortable, clean, and cheery. I visit her frequently and have not had a bad experience. I feel very relieved knowing she is there and so well cared for. Caregiving is an extremely demanding career and I'm so glad that Rosewood has found such wonderful people to work there. Kudos to everyone there - you make the experience so wonderful for the residents and give their families such peace of mind.

Rosewood Park has been the best place for my 94 year old mom. The staff is so kind to the residents and the residents are so kind to each other. They have the very best housekeeping standards and great activities each week.

Unexperienced Med Techs/caregivers/managers Facility works under their license if Staff is not licensed by the state. Don't be surprised for medical errors, leading to dead. State needs to come around & keep everyone in high standards with experienced care &ratio over profit overall, even if that includes having agency take over because no one will stay permanent in their position.

We take this very seriously and understand how alarming this feels for families. As of last week, Rosewood Park is under new management and immediate changes are already underway. This includes: strengthening medication management and safety checks, increasing on-site leadership presence, reinforcing training and supervision, and closely monitoring staffing practices to support resident care. We welcome oversight and are committed to raising standards quickly. Rest assured, we are prioritizing better outcomes for our residents and their families. Thank you again.
