Walking into the building was definitely an interesting experience....and no one to welcome me into the building or help me find my way around. When I did see a someone who worked there, they were rude to me and very short with residents. This has been my experience multiple times when I have come here. Residents were complaining about their laundry services, minimal help and talking about how their needs were being brushed off. I'm sorry to say River Run is not the happy place they say they are.

Trustwell Living is absolutely an outstanding community with an incredible kitchen staff led by Chef Jazper. The food is delicious everyday, not just on special occasions. I’m very impressed by how well prepared, and thoughtfully presented every meal is. You can truly tell that Chef Jazper puts care, thought, and creativity into the cooking for the residents. Chef Jazper’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail for residents’ preferences is so reassuring to see and makes the dining experience feel welcoming. There are lots of places with top notch staff, but Trustwell Living seems to go beyond by hiring talented and dedicated kitchen staff led by an incredible chef. She is an incredible asset to the community!

After the remodeling this place is beautiful! The atmosphere is peaceful. Big shoutout to Chef Jaz! For going above and beyond and creating homemade meals. Anyone who comes visit must try the food. It is definitely food made from the heart.
