Our Parents lived at Primrose for 7 years. Apartment 215, Two bedroom apartment. They were in their 90's and had a beautiful life. Our Father passed at 98 with the wonderful help of Fairhope Hospice. The staff at Primrose was clueless when it came to helping and meeting the needs of our parents. Our Mother lived at Primrose , just one month of her 100th birthday. The assisted living was not helping, and after intervention with the Corporate office and shared our story, they reimbursed us for care not given, sad. They reimbursed us for care that was never done, there was no record or charting system to shown. We ask for medical records, they would not share this information us. Her pills were found in the carpet, no aid had duty on her eating & our mother starved her self. My concern for this facility is safety and family communication. Our family both passed at Primrose, thank goodness for our friends at Fairhope Hospice. Be an advocate for everything that happens, the good care is not there anymore. Sad, Cynthia the director was not helpful. I agree with my friend Laura B. on her review. Shayla was a great help, she was corporate that helped us, We appreciate Primrose and share our story. It's a great and beautiful facility, but as family we need to know that our family is being taken care of. The price is high and the care is not there. Sad.

Kind, courteous, and non-rushed tour. A nice experience with Krystal and other staff, of whom answered many questions and helped us in reaching a decision for our parents.

This community is a treasure. Dedicated leaders, wonderful programs, excellent culinary offerings, and a cozy homey environment bringing neighbors together. The Silver Lace Memory Care program is the very best in the area. What more could someone want? If you are considering senior living for yourself or a loved one, be sure you stop and talk with the good folks of Primrose!
