Prairie House is a welcoming, and a well run building. The staff are friendly, caring and supportive. The food is great and there are activities that happen daily to keep everyone engaged.

Worst facility within 50 miles. Med Tech Amanda oversees her daughter-in-law, Alice, who has been repeatedly observed neglecting residents. There have been instances where residents were left in soiled briefs for entire shifts. Because of her family connection to someone in a leadership role, these concerns appear to be ignored. Protect your loved ones and consider alternative care options.

the people who are running this late are e not only clearly evil but they have alot to learn about how to treat the family of their clients. . I was visiting my father and while I was there i had a severe medical emergency and was told to leave and was told I could not even get my bags out of my father's room. it is just not a very good place.. not family friendly at all.

There’s a new team at prairie house and it’s night and day different than it was. They are great problem solvers, proactive caregivers and have an exceptional activities director. The food could be better - but it isn’t terrible and they’re doing a great job appeasing the residents they have.
