Great place for your assisted living needs. The staff is totally wonderful. They went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. Highly recommend them.

They have built an amazing team at Portland Place! Courtney is helpful and compassionate. Andrea always has a fun activity or outing planned. The updates make the environment warm and inviting from the minute you walk in.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond getting our Aunt settled in. She was nervous and scared and you did way more than necessary so make her feel at home. Courtney is the Best! The whole staff has just been fantastic in this life changing transition. We can’t thank you enough.

My sister has been in residence for 2 years. She is well taken care of by staff and nurses who keep me informed of health changes as necessary. Vickie at the front desk is knowledgeable and either knows the answers to your questions, can find out the answers for you or can point you in the direction of the answers. I would recommend this facility to others. I give it 4.5 stars only because there is always room for improvement and I rarely give anything 5 stars.

Portland Place is an amazing assisting living in Sandusky, Ohio. Staff is friendly, residents are happy, lots of activities for residents. I highly recommend Portland Place!
