This place wouldnt take me because of insurance and i live in Vale Oregon. So i had to rehab a away from home where my husband couldnt come see me. So i have been in bend oregon for over 27 days because of my auto accident i am tired of being discrimated against

You chose your insurance company, we didn't. Your insurance company made the decision, Pioneer Place had nothing to do with it. How does that earn a one-star rating from a provider where you were never a customer?

This place has no communication. Their website was no help and has been under construction since August 2023! I have a relative living here who was told they would receive care on a certain day and the nurse never came in but actually left early. I called several times with no answer from the assisted living staff.
