BAD PALACE MANAGEMENT, NURSE, VERY IRRITATING, DON'T HELP THE RESIDENS ALWAYS SHORT STAFF , THE EMPLOYER LOOKS UNHAPPY TIRED ,. I MOVE MY PARENTS , BECAUSE THE NURSE NEVER ASISTING THEM , THEM WANT TO TALK WITH HER , AND NEVER COME, SO SHE DONT CARE , HER ACTITUD , IS TO BAD , WHEN THIS PLACE HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT PERSONAL WE ANDONOTHER FAMILIES BACK THERE.

It was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and received alot of great information. the staff was wonderful, The marketing team was great. first place i went to that really listened and are working hard to work with my budget.

Just wanted to share how happy my grandmother is here at San Martin! She enjoys most going to the diner and the amazing food, ….Editing fast forward a year 2025 the raised my grandmas rent and they can’t keep staff. Anyone who visits their family regularly weill see how long that the residents have to wait for their food especially the Residents who are not independent. Especially when it comes to the service in the restaurant the turnaround is crazy There is no regular staff in the restaurant and when the residence press their pendant they’re waiting sometimes 45 minutes to an hour to get picked up to be put back in the room. They go through directors like crazy. They also went through a name change as well. I don’t know what that’s all about 2025 they must’ve got a law suit! Not worth the money….

Finally!! Someone who’s doing their job. Armando Rodriguez is the new Executive Director and he seems to be working hard to fix the issues with their Admin staff. For months no one would respond to emails or follow up with issues. He is on top of it and super friendly!! I am finally feeling optimistic about moving my mother here. It’s a beautiful facility just been neglected by previous management. I look forward to seeing the positive changes coming under his leadership! My mom feels loved and cared for by their staff too. 🩷 Highly recommend.
