Incredibly kind owner/manager Jonathan showed me the facility. All of the residents seemed very happy, place is well kept and clean.

My grandmother has been living here 1 year now they have been taking good care of her till recently I got a phone call from the hospital stating a cop had found my grandmother wondering down town reno and was confused amd seemed to be she had diemthia, the assisted living did not call the cops once she was missing but instead had the boss and other coworker looking for her ,when I had called the assisted living they told me they new my grandmother was missing and was waiting for her to comeback and or the cops bring her home, what are you serious 😢 this was the worst phone call to me and I got no sorry or anything I was told we didint tell you because you haven't came to visit well excuse me for living 4 hours away
