Omni West

Had a meeting there this afternoon and I've never met such nice people. Their taking great care of my uncle and the meeting I had with Christina and Shawn was very pleasant. We discussed his care plan and they said they would walk me through the process of everything so I'm pleased with this facility

What an excellent facility! My mother is long-term, and the staff have been wonderful with her healthcare. I live in Columbus, Ohio, and I feel comfortable knowing she is in excellent hands! The facility is immaculate, and the food is palatable. Thank you Omni Manor!

They are very dirty & they barley have any supplies for the residents . They don’t follow proper covid precautions, the staff is really nast . Especially a supervisor there by the name of Lakisha . And Tom the administrator can give a rats butt about the residents or even the cleanliness & proer respect for the residents . They can’t even have pop unless they are sick. These people who pay out of pocket spen about 740 a day to love there and can’t even get a gingerale unless they are regurgitating! It’s sick . I watched a resident recently die from Covid because a women across the hall had Covid and refused to close her door and no one was wearing a mask but kept going in her room and provlceedjng to spread it around . This place is disgusting I got videos and pictures to prove it

My dad has been at Omni for 6 months. The place is always clean, the staff is kind and considerate to the patients, visitors, and each other. The work is very hard with little financial benefits, but the staff have passion for their work. It hurts my heart to no longer be able to take care of my 87 year old dad at home, but when I visit him at Omni Manor know he is in excellent care.

This place SUCK! it’s very dirty and the nurses speak to the aides any type of way i wish i could give them 0 stars. They expect you to do more than what you’re paid for. It’s just the worst, do not recommend!
