Our new experience with Ohio Living assistance has been an appreciated and awesome one! The staff, each and every one of them, has been beyond exceptional! We have been indeed blessed with this in-home care, from counseling, therapy techs, nurses and aides. God bless them all!

If you think this skilled facility is going to be anything like it use to be, you are in for a rude awakening like our family was. It’s as bad as any facility these days. In addition to terrible care, the communication from anyone who works for the Ohio Living Organization is horrible. If you want a really bad skilled nursing facility, this is it! Don’t bother trying to communicate now on this review, Ohio Living, it’s too little, too late. Shame on all of you claiming to be a Christian based facility - it is far from it.

Why did it take someone an hour to get my 85 year old grandma a bed pan? Why you not treating these people with compassion
HUD contractor
Staff isn't treating people nicely, and blaming HUD standards. The food is extremely unhealthy and they are forced to pay for it. they are told they have no choice. Account executives and directors in HUD housing has been notified
