National Church Residences Stygler Road Chimes Ter

My sister has lived there since 2017. She loves it there. It is very clean and attractive. The staff are all wonderful!! They go out of their way to make each resident feel special!! I am very thankful that she lives there and is being cared for so well!

My mother who is blind lives at chimes terrace, the faculty is beautifully maintained and the staff are wonderful. Tracy the facility manager takes time to truly know residents and their families. She goes out of her way to do the small things that help our elderly family members feel as at home here as they would if they were still with us everyday. They offer many amenities including activities and small excursions to help all feel as independent as possible. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this community

My grand mother is a new resident and is loving the upgrade from her previous home. Also much closer to me now and am able to visit regularly. Very clean and bright when walking in and I like the precautions they take at the door for covid 19. Always happy to see my grand mother enjoying herself and being welcomed. She'd stressed about moving there and was very sad, but the tenants have made her feel at home. She's always got a visitor and I appreciate the staff and how they treat her.

Good management some of employees are lazy. Facilities are very good. Food is good except they feed you supper at 4 PM! My Mom is never hungry at 4 but she has no choice then has to go 16 hours til the next meal. How stupid is that! They do get a 7 PM snack sometimes but she's not hungry then either.

Love this place. My father in law has lived here for years and he couldn't be more happy. Completely redone building and apartments, and the staff has events and things for the residents to do. Extremely happy with the place.
