I am a hospice cna and I have two patients that I see 5x/week here at Monarch Group home. CeCi (the manager) and Lead Olivia, are amazing, the care givers are too amazing. I see how the workers operate and i can tell they love and care for the patients. Hot meals everyday and a comfy house. The patients are friendly to each others and to the workers. Everyone is so helpful and kind, great communication also. I really enjoy coming here everyday, feels like family and the patients seems like they are happy here and know that they are loved. ❤️ if there were more stars to click on I would’ve gave them 20 stars 🙌🏽❤️

Where can I begin? I put my parents in here and life has truly changed for them. I can actually sleep at night and not have to worry that my parents are being neglected or I'll treated. They're well taken care of. This is a wonderful place. If you care about your loved one, please consider having them here because the people here truly care about the patients. It's not about the money. It's not about anything material unlike the last place we had my parents in where they almost killed him. it really isn't. They hire only caring people here at Monarch from the sweet manager CeCe to Olivia who cooks and takes care of meds and Ava and Rian and Joseph. The list goes on and on These wonderful people help with memory care issues and even if they don't have memory care issue, they can take care of them here as well.. My dad doesn't have any memory issues. But he's bed bound and these darling people take care of him unbelievably well. I would not recommend any place that I would not put my own parent in. And thank Gd me and my parents have this place. If I could skywrite it, I would.. Monarch is a beautiful place filled with unbelievably caring people. That's all I have to say about that, lo!!
