Mcloughlin Place Senior Living

My mother was a resident and passed away on 11/1/2024. Since that time, I have been leaving messages asking about a refund for the November 2024 payment. I left messages for both Hannah and Mr. Nix on 11/20, 12/2, 12/13, 12/17/2024. I've also sent email. I've gotten NO responses by phone nor by email. I realize that it takes time to process these things but a courtesy call giving an approximate timeline is simply good business. I will be consulting my attorney to confirm next steps.

Hanna keeps saying she needs to get a hold of corporate but to this day I don’t know if that has been done. Apparently, corporate is Lifestyles but their phone number is no longer in service. Unfortunately McLoughlin Place is giving me no other option but to consult my attorney Edit: I did receive the money that was owed to my aunt. I just wish the correspondence would have been better.

When I first arrived at McLoughlin Place I was broken in body and spirit. The staff welcomed me with open hearts and arms. I feel cared for and loved every day. I have come to expect the highest of care and I get it every day. I enjoy the on going daily activities and the delicious and diverse menu. I am truly home.
