Marquis Eugene Memory Care

Recently my mother moved into Memory Care at Marquis on Country Club Road. Our experience has been so positive! The Staff is absolutely Amazing! So kind and caring to their residents ~ and the staff is so supportive to family members of the residents. There are monthly support meetings for the families when they actually check in to see if there is anything they can do to improve anything about the care of the residents! It’s absolutely so positive. They have wonderful activities for the residents and encourage them in such a cheerful way to get them involved! We feel Infinite Love and Gratitude to all of the Staff at Marquis.

This was by far one of the best memory cares I have ever seen. That was until January. In January a new admin came in. Absolutely one of the worst managers I have ever met in my life. She has zero respect for staff or residents. She sits in her office all day and never comes out to see the residents. She changed the lunch breaks and now people don’t get a lunch break until 2 hours before the shift is over. And if you miss your breaks the meds techs make you wait to go last. And the med techs are a joke. Most of them don’t even know what the heck they are doing. This was a beautiful facility until she came along. I wonder if corporate knows how badly she is running the place. I would give zero stars but I'm forced to give 1 star.

My friend is in the Memory Care Unit at Marquis. I have found staff and administration eager to address any concerns. In a recent incident, not of their making, they rose above and beyond to assure that my friend was well cared for. Since the facility opened, they have taken strides to assure that any glitches were ironed out and they are doing a remarkable job caring for their residents. I highly recommend the Memory Care at Marquis. Since posting the above, my friend is beginning her final journey. She is so fortunate to be lovingly cared for by her friends and in her "home" where she is content. I could not have asked for a better ending for her where she is safe in caring hands.

My sister is a resident at the Marquis Eugene Memory Care and I am so happy with the love and service she is shown every day by every member of the staff there. Every concern I have had for my sister has been addressed and I have always felt support from the staff and the other residents families. I witness kindnesses every time I visit and the atmosphere is comfortable and cheery. I cannot say enough good things about all these good people.
