The staff here are very caring and attentive, and it’s clear they truly care about the residents. The community feels welcoming and supportive for both residents and families. The Markham team does a great job creating a comfortable environment that really feels like home. Thank you Markham Team for all that you do :)

The front desk attendant Erin is very rude and unprofessional. I was looking to get in contact with a certain department but she was not helpful in pointing me in the right direction to be helped. Instead she hung up in my face twice saying the call was a waste of her time.

When I visited Markham House, I was struck by how warm and welcoming the community feels. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make them feel at home. The building is clean, well-maintained, and filled with natural light, which adds to the positive atmosphere. I loved seeing the residents engaged in activities—they seemed happy and well-supported. If you’re looking for a caring place in Portland, Markham House is worth considering.
