Our family deeply appreciates the love and care provided at this facility. While it may have had its imperfections, it was infinitely better than the place where my mother had stayed before. The welcoming menu and restaurant-style service created a warm and comfortable atmosphere for residents and their families. The staff was genuinely engaged and supportive, making a meaningful difference during a difficult time.

Hello My and is Alexander you might know my father David who currently resides at Maple wood but sadly this review is not good I came to visit my Father and spend time with him but as soon as I walk in a see a teenager employee filming a TikTok of him farting in my dads oxygen tank I tell him to beat it and get out as I’m trying to comfort my poor farther a look to my left to see the previous person that lived in that room dead lying in a cooler as I scream for help I noticed in the fridge that the food he was being fed was raccoon testicals this is disturbing and absolutely criminal.

Earlier this year, I had to make the decision to move my Mother into an Assisted Living Community. It was not an easy decision based on all of the change my Mom had gone through this year with the loss of her husband. I reviewed / toured 10 different communities, and Maplewood was the best. I looked at more expensive and less expensive communities and this community stood out as the best. It's clean, has a boutique feel and the staff is genuinely nice and caring. My Mom has lived at Maplewood in Twinsburg for 4 months, and she is extremely happy. She tells me they treat her like royalty. She loves the staff and has not complained to me at all about anything. They provide a 5 star dining experience across breakfast, lunch and dinner, as everything I've eaten there has been great. The dining tables are always set up like you're eating at a luxury restaurant with fine linens and elegant dinnerware. Maplewood also has plenty of activities throughout the day to keep her occupied and engaged with the community. Once again, this was a very tough decision for me to make, as it was not something I really wanted to do. However, I'm glad I did, as my Mom is safe, well taken care of, has a new friend group(residents & staff) and feels genuinely loved by everyone at Maplewood. I often tease the Maplewood team about putting a bunk bed in my Mom's room so I can stay there. So thank you Maplewood Team for taking such great care of my Mom and being a blessing to my family.
