The staff at Mapleview Manor has exceeded our expectations. They are so kind to my mom and are always ready to help at a moments notice, making adjustments as needed to make my mom feel comfortable and at ease. They tackle any issue to help make it better for my mom. The food is fantastic and is a highlight for mom. This is one of the cleanest and well maintained facilities I have seen. Our family has had a wonderful experience with Mapleview Manor. From the very beginning, Nicole and all the staff took the time to get to know my mom and understand her individual needs. They greet her by name, check in on how she is feeling, and make sure she is comfortable throughout the day. They are compassionate, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure she is well cared for. What stands out most is how accommodating and responsive they are. If my mom has a change in routine, a special request, or simply needs extra reassurance, the staff responds quickly and with genuine kindness. She is treated with dignity and respect, and it is clear that they truly care about creating a safe and supportive environment. The food is another highlight. My mom enjoys the delicious, hot and freshly prepared homestyle meals.The desserts are a particular favorite. Knowing that my mom is in such capable and caring hands gives our family tremendous peace of mind. The combination of personalized care, thoughtful activities, and excellent meals has made a real difference in her daily life. Mapleview Manor is a beautiful memory care place filled with wonderful, warm, loving & caring caregivers. The residency is clean & full of light. It has a wonderful courtyard with plenty of space for the residences to sit outside & enjoy the beautiful PNW weather. Nicole does an amazing job overseeing the place & goes above & beyond to make sure my mom’s needs are met. I have really appreciated Nicole’s communication with me regarding my mom. I am very grateful to have my mom in a place where I know she is safe, cared for & loved.
