Maple Ridge Senior Living

Not a good memory care program; facilities don’t have hallway grab bars, are monochromatic colors that aren’t helpful for the patient to differentiate their room from others, they allow patient to dictate if they’re hungry which many dementia sufferers don’t have hunger cues so end up losing wait, the night staff primarily are on their iPhones and not checking on patients, so repeated falls unexplained bruises, etc. they might be ok for assisted living but don’t have required staff for memory care.

My mom has been here for 3 1/2 years. She is very happy here. This is a family friendly place!

My grandma has been at Maple Ridge and we have always enjoyed there family nights.

I recently visited Maple Ridge and found that the buildings were clean and bright. The campus area was also attractive. I met some of the residents and they all seemed happy and encouraged me to become a resident. They all had positive things to say about their living environment. The Staff was also very friendly. Renee explained all the details during our 1-1/2 hour tour and was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and friendly. I was impressed with Maple Ridge and I am considering this facility.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MAPLERIDGE)) Both of my parents are there.This has been a HUGE transition for us.Being the only child ,I was so afraid....but the ENTIRE STAFF from the office to the cottage...EVERYONE MADE THIS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR US..I feel so loved and supported...my parents ARE SAFE AND HAPPY..I love the care and the activities...their QUALITY of life is all that I had hoped for))🥰🥰
