Nothing is ever RIGHT on the meals! Never says what the paper says it's sending. Cookie instead of ice cream, no ice water, which everyone needs!

I am honestly surprised this facility hasn't been shut down yet. My mom was a resident in assisted living from 2023-2025. A very select few of the staff were very good to my mother, but the majority of the staff are careless, lazy or unqualified. Good luck getting them to answer a call light in a timely manner (or at all).

Do not take your loved ones therefore service they say they care but they don't nurse aid never around when patient need them everythingbi just said is true . Plus they it didn't even know I came in half the time
