Liberty Village Senior Communities

It is all a show. All the Executive Director cares about is appearance, and she’s only there for the money, IF she even shows up. Zero compassion for the work or the people. Fake fake fake. Most of the staff are wonderful and truly care about the residents health and wellbeing, but that building is standing on lies.

The staff at Liberty Village is why it's 5 stars for me. The facility is clean, pretty, comfortable and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But what makes Liberty Village special are the people. Management, nurses, assistants, cooks, recreation, cleaning staff... every one of them cares, has attention to detail and takes great care of their residents. This isn't overcrowded, and not a nursing home... it's truly assisted care in a comfortable setting. My father in law was there for 10 years(recently into hospice) and was always cared for in a top notch manner and now the people there feel like family to us.

Poor manament!

Liberty valleage is one of the most caring loving places to have your loved ones. The staff there you can not ask for better. They go above and beyond what they need to do . The place is very clean.The food is homemade . They go out of their way for the holidays to make the residents have a great experience. I couldn't have picked a better place to have my father who has been there for 9 years.

A family member who was an employee at Liberty Village two months ago encountered monthly incidents of bed bugs in the residents' rooms. The residents DO NOT receive any outings because there are NO funds provided for them. I believe "the facility" DO NOT meet OSHA regulations or The Joint Commission standards nor fire safety regulations. Ask yourself this, would you want to place your elderly family member(s) in a 3.7 rating retirement community?
