Sapphire is the nice place to stay . The staff is great and we'll work with you. As long as you the residents are very nice and some are i knowing some make you laugh some make you cry.Some make you want , and it's not out of but then you get used to feet like family But I will tell you one thing that is horrible, and that is the food handsome down food stinks is horrible. They're trying to make it better. It might be pleasure in the year too, send to your sense that are your family

If I could put no stars I would, the costumer service from the receptionist more in specific Robyn. I had called to get in contact with a manager and was treated horribly by her. The whole time she was giving me attitude and even disconnected my line when she had finally put me on the line with the person I was trying to talk to. Really don’t understand how she got the job.

Worst company, always treated my mother with disrespect. Resident would try to touch my mom and they would do nothing about it. They let residents smoke meth, they dont stop any bad that goes on there. They feed the residents cat food.. (not literal, but cant even make anything nutritious..nothing that feels like home. This place is awful, do not bring your loved ones here.
