Las Ventanas Retirement Comm

The rehab is outstanding. Everyone goes beyond to ensure the residents get the best care possible. I highly recommend Las Ventanas.

I was at Las Ventanas twice this year and each stay was AWESOME. Beginning with being admitted and the smooth process I knew the best was yet to come. The nurses were great and explained my medications and what they they were prescribed for. The cnas were wonderful. They were caring,friendly and always made me feel comfortable. I want to do a shout out to Alem and Tonya who were with me the most during my stay and I appreciated them very much . The food at Las Ventanas was really good. The activities were well planned and fun. Dawn and Victoria did a really good job. I also want to give a shout out to my pt and ot therapists. Bryce and Renee worked with me and made me feel strong enough to go home feeling confident. Dawn made sure I could do what was necessary to be safe at home. I know I have probably missed someone in this review but I just want to say Las Ventanas is a first class SNF and I sing your praises often. Thanks for taking care of me. Denise Chereka

I've never been to a nursing facility of any kind before now. Las Ventanas was most definitely a place that I would want to be in if I ever had to be in one again. The staff was delightful, the food was A-1. Everyone was always bright and cheerful, including the physical and occupational therapy staff. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab.

My brother was a patient after suffering a broken hip. He also had other serious medical issues. He was provided with excellent care. The staff was attentive and understanding. There was one employee in particular who was amazing. Her name is Mary and I am convinced that her dedication and attention to my brother’s care was the principal reason for his recovery. She is an angel and Las Ventanas and its patients are most fortunate to have her!!

I have been to other Skilled Nursing Facilities but Las Ventanas at Summerlin is a first class facility with first class care. I would give Las Ventanas at Summerlin my highest rating. Something that most people take for granted when in a Skilled Nursing Facility are the the nurses, nurse assistants, and physical therapists. These people are highly trained and dedicated people that make sure you get meds, meals, and other needs met as they arise. The one attribute I sensed from all of the personnel I had contact with is their attitude, they care about the patients. Thank-you to the staff at Las Ventanas at Summerlin.
