A horrendous place !! I would never send any of my family here. Service and staff is absolutely disgusting , vulgar, rude and unsafe !!

We had an excellent experience with Alex Carman as he showed us around the facility. He was very patient with my friend. I would highly recommend your facility.

Would give this place zero stars if possible!!!! Please please don’t place your loved ones at the facility. The smiles and positive words from the staff are totally fake!!!! Some of the other reviews are right…. They don’t give a crap about the residents….. Absolutely deplorable conditions some rooms smell awful. This place really should be shut down and Disinfected..

Lakeland is now under new ownership and they do not take diabetics if they take insulin at all. They do not even have a diabetic menu anymore. There have been a lot of changes and they are not good for us retirees needing an assisted living retirement facility.
