I enjoyed Linda and the rest of the team his doctor was great the way she explained everything. Took a picture he's came a long way.angel was nice also. 👍😎everything is always good and everyone is always nice keep up the good work 👍😎always enjoy seeing Bob i was a boxer im going to bring my gloves to help him with his upper body that would be great for him .but I like the way everyone is doing everything have a blessed evening 🙏one again everything is great he's working out good hitting the Mits have a blessed day. 🙏great day Bob is doing great hitting on the mits thank you for putting up with him i know some time he can be a hand full so I thank u for the Love ❤️ have a blessed day 🙏

Very professional and empathetic

We have been very happy since our brother moved into Kensington Place. Everyone has been so helpful and our worries about a rocky transition have been soothed. We meet new people each time we visit and the one constant has been that everyone seems friendly and happy to be there. I don’t remember everyone’s names specifically as we were busy getting our brother moved in and set up. The 3 gentlemen with the Maintenance team helped with furniture delivery and putting it together and were so happy and helpful. The ladies we spoke with during meal times have been very cute with my brother and I can already see they are paying attention to his preferences. Brandy is one of the ladies that stands out from the restaurant service team, but every experience has been positive. Everytime I share an elevator with a resident or part of the staff, there is a pleasant exchange. I have been most pleasantly surprised by the activities and enrichment opportunities happening all around the building. There are events and activities available all the time and all of them seem to have large participation so we have loved that.
