Every event at this community is thoughtfully planned. The building always feels warmand welcoming. Residents, families, and guests are clearly valued, and it shows in every detail.

Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living is a wonderful community. The staff truly care about the residents and it shows every day. The activities department does an amazing job keeping residents engaged with fun events, games, and outings that give everyone something to look forward to. The kitchen staff prepare great meals and are always friendly and accommodating to residents’ needs. The care staff are compassionate, attentive, and treat the residents with dignity and kindness. The maintenance team works hard to keep the building safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone. Overall, it’s a warm and welcoming place where residents are well cared for and truly feel at home.

My mother was a resident at your community for approximately nine months, and I wanted to share my appreciation for the exceptional service we received. I would like to specifically commend several staff members who stood out during her stay: Tabitha from housekeeping, who demonstrates leadership qualities and should be considered for a management role; William, the Maintenance Director; and Mikayla at the front desk. They all truly seem to care about the residents. It is clear that the new management is making a concerted effort to make this community a wonderful place, and I appreciate the work being done.

This retirement and assisted living community truly feels like a place where residents are valued, supported and able to enjoy life to the fullest. The entire team works hard to create an environment that feels welcoming, safe and engaging for everyone who lives there. William, the Maintenance Director, is always on the move ensuring that residents' maintenance requests and safety needs are met promptly. Beyond that, he brings a wonderful sense of fun to the community, often joining in on activities and sharing silly moments with residents. His presence helps create a relaxed atmosphere where residents feel comfortable and truly at home. Mikayla, the Life Enrichment Director, is a spark of creativity. She consistently comes up with amazing and engaging activities for residents, and often includes opportunities for families to join in as well. The joy she brings to the activity program is contagious - the staff and residents have so much fun together that it often hardly feels like work and more like home. Caitlin, the new Dietary Services Director, is doing an outstanding job leading the kitchen. Her team consistently prepares meals that are not only delicious but truly enjoyable. The food is thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor and often leaves residents wanting seconds. Cyndi Lou, the Business Office Manager, is friendly, approachable and kind. She always takes the time to speak with residents and families, ensuring questions are answered and needs are addressed with care and professionalism. Her laugh is contagious as well as her warm heart. The care team deserves special recognition as well. They are compassionate, attentive and dedicated to making sure every resident's needs are met. Their commitment helps ensure residents are comfortable, supported, and truly living their best lives. Overall, this community is FILLED with staff who genuinely care about the people they serve. It is very clear that everyone who works together create a positive, uplifting environment for residents and their families.
