After 8 months, I can not begin to say enough about how much my brothers & I appreciate the quality of care at the Salem John Bertram House! Its smaller size and stable, excellent staff ensure the most compassionate, personalized care you could hope for! From the director, RN, Concierge, Caregiver Manager, Activity Director & every caregiver, i can not say enough about each person’s professional, supportive & focused attention to my Mothers care & needs. For native New Englanders, the familiarity & comfort of a Historic NE home on the Salem Common, within walking distance of “everything” Salem is a unique benefit.
