There’s a girl Brie weese i don’t know what she does but she was really mean and rude me and my family, she look like she was on something, she was very fidging and her eyes were red, everyone else was really nice and kinda and respectful

The Inn at Coal Ridge is a superb facility!! My father in law has been an assisted living resident for 2 years and loves his home there! The staff are engaging, considerate, and helpful! There are so many activities and themed events they are too numerous to mention! The culture of The Inn At Coal Ridge comes from the top down starting with the Executive Director, Debbie Gooden!! She has delivered on what she said her facility’s program is and more!! My mother was in 2 different boutique assisted living facilities in FL and I would have been happy if either of them were half of what Coal Ridge is and the cost!! I highly recommend The Inn at Coal Ridge for your loved one!!

The Inn at CoalRidge is an excellent facility. From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a warm, welcoming and well-maintained environment. The staff are friendly, compassionate and truly go above & beyond to care for the residents. The building is clean, comfortable and feels like home. There are many activities and amenities that keep everyone engaged. It is clear that a lot of thought and effort goes into making this a positive place to live. I highly recommend The Inn at CoalRidge to anyone looking for a high-quality, caring assisted living community.

Staff is more than a staff, they are family! From the top down all staff treats their occupants as if they were their own family member. Great service at all levels.

My friend's Aunt was there and the care was wonderful. The staff really goes out of their to get to know their Residents, so they know what is baseline for each Resident and what is not normal. I work for University Hospitals and every patient we have sent there has raved about the care, all the activities they offer and the beauty of the building. This is truly their home and even our patients that did not want to go to a facility thrive here! I would place my own mother there. The Executive Director truly cares and is involved with each Resident! I highly recommend Coal Ridge!
