The staff at this hospice house have been nothing short of amazing. During such a difficult time for our family, every single person has shown us incredible warmth, kindness, and compassion. They have cared for my father-in-law with such dignity and respect, while also supporting our family every step of the way. Their attentiveness, patience, and genuine care have made an unimaginable situation a little easier to bear. We are so grateful for everything they have done and continue to do. Thank you for treating our loved one like family and for providing such exceptional care. We will never forget your kindness.

Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind words, Chelsea. It was our honor to care for your father-in-law.

Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The place was very peaceful and respectful. They made a heartbreaking experience as bearable as could be, and I'm very thankful to them for that.

My mom spent her last days at Hopewell House. She passed away peacefully alongside her family on January 14th, 2025. The incredibly painful process of watching her slip away was somehow made less heavy by the kindness, generosity, and excellent care provided by the staff and volunteers. Every single need of my mother and our entire family’s was always met. They treated us like family. My mother passed with dignity and utmost respect. We are eternally grateful for what they have provided us and how graceful they made my mother’s passing. Someday, if I need it, I hope to spend my last days here. Thank you to every single one of the staff and volunteers. The work you do is incredible and selfless. The world needs more people like you in it.

The hopewell house is not allowing me to see my wife in her final days due to a family member putting a protection order on my for completely false allegations…. My wife has made clear this isn’t what she wants I even have an email we sent to hopewell house stating so. Melissa the head nurse informerd me a week ago I could only see her t-f 5-7 2hours a day …she couldn’t have been colder telling me this but today….. today she called in the same cold voice and told me I can never come see my wife again… I have done nothing wrong and this is cruel and I just and I can’t imagine the soul you must have to say that to a husband who gave his wife everything he had … I will never forget this
