I would give them 0 stars but it won't all me too. These is the worse place you could think of bringing in your loved ones. Unless you want for them to experience the same as what everything my mother has been through then this is the he'll for them. I have a report of 10 pages from admission back since October of total of 7 incidents that have happened. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I also have a heart and we are human and we all make mistakes but seeing my mom go through all this pain and hell is just outrageous. They'll probably comment here and apologize which is all what they have been doing. Not to mention she also has a broken shoulder from no attending nursing being with her coming out the shower, she has fallen off the bed again no attending nurse present, overdosing her with insulin which has cause several hypoglycemia episodes back to back. Transported to Dr appointments without her oxygen which has caused her few trips to the ER.. I could just keep going. Bottom line my mom is a very sweet generous and patience elderly woman and she doesn't want to leave which is why I think their taking advantage of that too. Unfortunately I don't have POA for my mother because if I did I would have gotten her out a long time ago. Of course I am taking legal action already and I have alot of photos as proof that will definitely help the case. I strongly feel so much guilt of having through put my mother through this hell of living. I swear if I was able to afford to have her in a private high quality Nursing Skilled Home I would... Please don't bring your loved ones here....

Went there today for a visit with my mother in law. The staff was so nice, they all knew her name, knew topics pertaining her interests and personal topics with each person they talked too. The maintenance crew were great with her. They hung her pictures on the wall and other things. They handled her stuff with care talked with her. The library is great has a rock fireplace very peaceful setting. I had lunch in dining room. They had a small salad bar, meatballs, yams, and fruit bowls. Was very delicious. In dining room I noticed staff taking food upstairs for people. Staff carried trays for those that needed help. The atmosphere was very friendly. Even the others living there were very nice. Thank you guys for taking such great care of her.

Such a fantastic facility! My parents were in a really rough spot at the last one they were at and this one couldn’t have been more opposite! I think the Trebonis helped us out and everyone was so kind and genuine! 12/10

There are a few good people who work here but in general, this place is ran awfully. Some of the nurses and CNAs are great but they are severely understaffed. The patients I had the honor of meeting were all upset with the awful smoke blowing that goes on here. The food is awful and unless you fight for your loved one here, don’t expect proper care. Be present and they may help you. The person who is the patient Advocate also works directly for the owner so how much do you really think she’s Advocating for you??? Nice to your face… promises being made that only happen if you constantly ask. Sad example of an assisted living home. I just thank God for the good ones like Sarah, and a few other CNAs that work here.

I recently viewed this facility as a potential home for a loved one and was pleasantly surprised about the care and attention the staff gave the residents. Smiles were had all around. My questions were answered and taken seriously. I brought up concerns I had and was met with the most caring and genuine responses. I felt incredibly confident and comfortable knowing that my loved one would be under the care of the staff here.
