Musa in the dining room is a treasure. On the first day, he learned both of my parents’ names and called them by name for every meal from then on. He is always so pleasant and goes above and beyond to know the particular likes/dislikes of residents. He heard that my father loved cookies and gives him a little pouch of cookies after dinner for his midnight snack. It is that kind of care that makes it all worth it Tony works so hard to fix anything that is needed, carry furniture, hook up tvs, etc. He is so nice and always so accommodating

My mom is into her second month now here and the entire staff has been like a new family. I'm so grateful she's surrounded by caring and friendly people who all genuinely seem to enjoy being there. They have been very patient and generous as we've made the move and they support a very complicated medication schedule. Bonus: the food is truly delicious (+ healthy.... mostly)! Even more importantly... the staff in the dining hall actually make you feel like they want you there and are looking out for your good health. I'm so grateful we found this place. I know all of these options are expensive, but the value here is great and the payment structure has been pretty straightforward.

We are so happy with Heights Crossing! We moved our parents there a few months ago after they were both hospitalized . It was a very stressful time however the staff and administration were all amazing ! They helped our parents with the transition to make sure all of their needs were met . I was able to stay with my mom as she recovered from surgery . As a nurse practitioner , I can say that the care they receive is excellent . The community is beautiful, clean , food is great and the environment is vibrant . We are so grateful that our parents are safe and happy . Thank you to all that helped us during this very challenging time !
