Their caregivers were unmasked during the late afternoon shift today. 1. Gross 2. Unprofessional 3. Complete negligence considering the Covid spike this week caused by the Omnicron variant. I wouldn't want people like that taking care of my loved ones.

They forget to give my mother who is 91 meals. Tonight she did not get dinner and had asked one of the caregivers named Letitica about it. So I arrived 12/4/21 to drop off a check and bring supplies. No bill in her mailbox which tells me how much she needs to pay so had to write a guesstimate of how much the bill was for December. She is hungry. I talk to the med tech and she says she will talk to Leticia the caregiver my mother asked to obtain dinner for her. I have to drive to a local McDonalds and get food for her. This is 10pm. This is a continuing problem. Two weeks ago they did not give her lunch or dinner and they quickly made her a peanut butter jelly sandwich after I called at 7pm. I have only been an RN for over 40 years and have never seen such incompetence. They stopped an antibiotic because one of the med techs thought she was allergic to it. They did not call the pharmacy. Did not contact the new RN? No one would give us an answer why it was not started back up. so I called the on call pharmacist at Propak pharmacy in Vancouver Washington at 1am in the morning and she said she would call them immediately and make them give her the antibiotic. They ran out of an important medication the first two months she lived there and had sent a request to the pharmacy for a refill. I called the same pharmacist and she said they were out of stock. I called APS and Omsbudsman. Anyway they documented her meds were given when the pharmacist got the fax asking for refills. So she did not receive those medications. The executive director Monique yelled at me that my mother received her medications a month after in her office. She also told me if I feel like my mom is not getting the care she needs you can move her to another place The med techs do not know what the medications are for. Questioned one med tech that she needed something for nausea. She passed up the medications name and I asked them to check the prn drawer and found it. They receive $6000 a month. I will be contacting the health authority shortly about their licensing.
