Grace of Monaco - Section 10

We are beyond blessed to have my mother in the great and wonderful, caring hands of the entire staff at the Grace Of Monaco at Palmyra. My mother is happy, nourished, cared for and loved. This is a five star location. The owner, Dr. Zang, Ms. Sue the Director and the manger, Raul are amazing. We have confidence and trust, in all that they do for my mother and all of the other clients that they are serving. During all unannounced and announced visits are always been very positive and productive. They communicate several times a week with updates and beautiful photos of my mother. My mothers diabetes has improved tremendously with the menu that they placed her on. She looks better and is getting stronger with self eating skills. She always tells us how happy she is and how good they are to her. Benita one of the wonderful staff at the Grace Of Monaco keeps my mother looking beautiful by coloring her hair and keeping her clean. I couldn’t have found a better place in all of the state of Nevada. I hope that this review helps inspire others to consider this staff for their family. It’s s huge decision to make to have a loved one cared by others. Knowing how wonderful they are all the time there is no reservation. Thank you Grace of Monaco for all that you do!!! We appreciate all of you.

Horrible place, they don't pay any attention to patients. They don't know how to administer medicine, they don't help patient eat, and very hard to communicate with them I couldn't understand them and neither could the patient. The workers are always in the kitchen eating and talking, and I don't think any of them have any certification
