Golden Years Castle Home of Lovelock

Three friends and I visited Golden Years in Lovelock to see a friend who is a resident there. We drove from Minden a few hours away. We were very impressed with the grounds and the lobby. Our friend’s room was spotless and there was no smell like in so many facilities. It is much better that the last place we visited our friend. It was even tastefully decorated with photographs she had taken. She was smiling and laughing with us. Most important the staff seemed to genuinely care about her and the other residents. One came in to gently soothe the patient when she became a little agitated and even sang with her a little. We had a good visit and came home feeling satisfied our friends was being well taken care of. She even said the food was okay - and from her , that’s a compliment.
