My mom has been in respite at McGregor a few times and even was there after a hospital stay and it was okay, but THIS time around she went there for respite and it was HORRIBLE, I had a friend go visit her everyday while I was gone and she was very upset at the upkeep of my mom. They never had her wash her face or behind, she never received water and instead of pull ups they put a diaper on her, and made her use a bedpan instead of a commode or adjusting the toilet, it was a really horrible time for her and I. Never again.

I had a very unpleasant experience with MS Livonia or MS LASAGNA, who left me an inappropriately sarcastic voicemail regarding the return of the keys. Her behavior felt unprofessional, and the ignorance SHOWS and I would hesitate to recommend this place based on this interaction. Have a beautiful evening.
