This place is not good about there services! They take the money from these old people and then only have 1 aid taking care of 20 patients! They lie about there showers and care, they steal there cloths and totally ignore family members when they have complaints. The State of Ohio has investigated but nothing gets done. The word is that the Director gets a heads up when they are gonna show up, so she has employee meetings to cover any misconduct! This is a shame that they charge $7k and the poor old folks just get a room and bed and a meal. This place needs all new management to ever live up to there standards! Sad sad sad! People need to know these things. Nothing ever changes! Short staffed doing multiple job titles while trying to care for love ones! Hope some day that this place Gets a professional Director instead of one that avoids complaints and doesn’t do her job correctly!!

Impossible to get answers. Administration doesn't respond to emails and tell you constantly they are taking care of things with no results. They just tell you what you want to hear.
