The Pines at the Canopy -

Our mother was a resident in respite care for a month, June to July, 2026. The staff were all wonderful to my mother and to all of her family. From our first visit to Canopy we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, and friendly residents. Armin was super helpful to us as we were exploring Canopy’s offerings, patiently answering all of our questions, and this was very helpful at a stressful time. Everyone welcomed her from day one and included her/family members in every activity that was planned. The ladies at the reception desk, activity staff, dining staff, medical aid staff, were all friendly, helpful and timely—my mother never had to wait long when she used her call button. She also loved how Asurin did her hair, from a shampoo/set to her perm! Mom was happy to move back to her independent residence but was sorry to leave her newly made friends at Canopy.

The Canopy is an incredible community! The team goes beyond meeting physical needs- they truly care for the whole person! There are always meaningful activities taking place, and it is obvious that the team works hard to create an environment where residents feel included, connected and engaged. The caring culture is evident every time I visit. I highly recommend The Canopy to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care community.

Mayra, the new community outreach director at The Canopy, visited Alpine House yesterday and it reminded me what a lovely and unique senior living community The Canopy truly is. Tucked away on the outskirts of Beaverton, The Canopy has managed to create a very warm, urban, socially connected atmosphere yet in a quiet residential location. There is a clear sense of identity and community there that many residents genuinely enjoy, and it feels like a real destination for seniors looking for connection, engagement, and thoughtful care. After 7 years in business, it is clear that The Canopy is a good choice among many senior care facilities available. They deliever good care in a niche : urban feeling tucked away in Cedar Hills/West Slope.
