Evergreen is a great place. My Dad has been there for about two years. He has had dementia for almost 20 years and has lived in a few memory care facilities. Evergreen is by far the best. The staff has truly gone above and beyond with any request I have for my Dad. Also, I have noticed minimal staff turnover, which is comforting to know the same people are taking care of my Dad. The facility is very clean and the food is good. From management to caregivers the people here provide a very caring and enriching environment. Thanks for all you do Evergreen!

I recently moved my 93 year old uncle who has dementia to Evergreen Memory Care from NYC. The facility is so clean, lovely, and the food is terrific. He is very happy and has transitioned well. All the staff are absolutely wonderful. There are two individuals I see quite often that must be complimented on their caring and loving ways. In particular, Chante the Activities Director keeps everyone so engaged with physical exercise and stimulating games that keep their minds active and alert. In addition, Aurica my Uncle's caregiver is always lovingly attentive and entirely professional. This is a special group that anyone will be hard pressed to equal anywhere.

My dad has lived at Evergreen Memory Care for around 1 1/2 years. The facility is clean, comfortable, friendly and accommodating. There is always something going on here. Exercise, music, swat the balloon with the pool noodle, bingo, painting, snacks, walking, movies. There is not a lack of entertainment and lots of personal care. The food is good. ( and we know that is important!) My dad came into the facility with a low level dementia, and has progressed to a high level. The staff has been so very helpful helping us to understand and navigate this. When there have been issues/challenges, the staff has been quick to listen and quick to act. They are professional, compassionate and real. I appreciate them soooo much. I would recommend Evergreen Memory Care. LaDonna Cutshall

What a lovely place for my mother in law to spend the last few years of her life. The employees became her family. Chante, one of her caregivers went above and beyond. She spent time doing her nails taking her out for ice cream, hair appointments and shopping. We live out of town and with an unexpected passing she spent the last hours with her at the hospital, listening to music and talking to her. A true angel for our family. We wanted to move her closer to my family so we could be more accessible but after visiting several facilities in our area we decided nothing compared to her compassionate care at Evergreen. Not sure there are many facilities available anywhere that not only have such a compassionate staff but also such a clean and comfortable home.
