I can't say enough about Evans Park. The facility itself is impeccable and the staff is the best in the business. So thankful we ended up here. They were so thoughtful and caring with my father and entire family. A+ all around.

As a Realtor who specializes in working with seniors all over Greater Boston, I go to a lot of adult communities. Evans Park is park one of the best! Fantastic location, beautiful facilities & wonderful staff!

What a treat to see the renovations at Evans Park of Newton. Absolutely stunning community offering assisted living and memory care. And they host a pretty great networking event!

Turn around and run away. There’s a lot of other places around that are for the same price. All assisted living places have their flaws but Evans Park made is clear to our family they were one of those places. Millions of dollars in renovations cannot make up for their lack of leadership and lack of professionalism benchmark provides. I can’t speak for all benchmark locations but from first hand experience, this is not the place to have a loved one live. I wish 0 stars were an option.

Though my mother will likely move to a different assisted living facility strictly on the basis of proximity to me, we were extremely impressed by the people at Evans Park -- caring, switched on, professional, patient -- and considered it seriously. Director of Community Relations Ron Seagrave in particular was wonderful; he took a genuine interest in my mother and provided guidance well beyond what we could have expected. Thank you!
